What awaits you with us

As a project manager, you take full responsibility for your projects – from the offer preparation to the successful handover to our customers.

• You independently and responsibly manage small, medium and/or large projects.
• You take on the overall responsibility for your projects – from on-site surveys through offer preparation and acquisition to execution and final acceptance.
• You plan, coordinate and control your projects while keeping an eye on quality, deadlines and costs.
• You prepare tenders according to SIA phases as well as the necessary execution planning.
• You are a competent contact person for customers, planners, architects and other project participants.
• You work closely with our department and sub-department managers as well as the assembly supervisors and jointly ensure optimal deployment and resource planning.
• You professionally accompany your assembly teams and create the conditions for efficient and high-quality work on site.
• You receive the necessary scope for design to independently manage your projects and make decisions.

What you bring with you

We are not simply looking for a CV that ticks every box. What matters to us are your professional competence, sense of responsibility and joy in successfully implementing projects.

• Completed training in the field of heating or sanitary, for example as a building services engineer EFZ or an equivalent qualification
• A further professional qualification at HF/FH level or a comparable advanced training is an advantage
• Solid experience with heating or sanitary systems in new construction and renovation, ideally in commercial and industrial construction
• Enjoyment of comprehensive project management from A to Z
• Strong economic thinking and a good sense for costs, deadlines and project controlling
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Enjoyment in contact with customers and various project participants
• Sense of responsibility and the ability to keep an overview even with several ongoing projects
