To strengthen our team, we are looking for a customer advisor 100% for our location in Horgen immediately or by arrangement.

Your Tasks

• You represent the company as the first point of contact for our customers
• Sales and advice on our services and accessories
• Support of the hearing aid acoustician
• All administrative work in the specialist shop
• Implementation of sales-promoting measures in the specialist shop
• Carrying out service work on hearing aids
• Managing the specialist shop’s agenda

Your Profile

• You are customer-oriented and actively approach people
• You are flexible and enjoy working in a team
• You are confident in using MS products
• Experience in sales
• Preferably retail specialist or MPA
