Join an ambitious project serving the seniors of Grand-Saconnex
The Seniors Pole Saconnay supports seniors and their relatives through a nursing home and a day care centre, with an approach based on quality of life, maintaining autonomy, prevention and partnership with the network.
We are looking for a Day Care Centre Manager willing to invest in a human, collaborative and evolving project, within an institution that places the quality of care and human relationships at the heart of its action.
Your mission
In direct connection with the General Management, you ensure the management of the Day Care Centre and contribute to its development.
You guarantee the quality of services for seniors, support the teams, develop collaborations with network partners and actively participate in the development of the Seniors Pole Saconnay, particularly in the areas of maintaining autonomy, supporting informal carers and community action.
Your main responsibilities
- Ensure the management of the Day Care Centre, particularly in terms of management, human resources, organisation, budget and quality.
- Guarantee individualised and quality care for seniors.
- Manage, support and develop the skills of a multidisciplinary team.
- Develop collaborations with the Geneva health and social network.
- Strengthen synergies with the nursing home and partners.
- Lead development projects for the day care centre.
- Participate in the evolution of services for seniors, informal carers and community action.
- Represent the Day Care Centre with institutional partners.
- Encourage skills development, support the training of professionals and trainees, and promote a culture of transmission, learning and continuous improvement.

You are a committed, curious person open to new ideas. You appreciate both close work with seniors and teams and project development.
You know how to unite, support, make decisions and work collaboratively with professionals from different backgrounds. You wish to contribute to the development of an evolving institution where quality, innovation and cooperation are strong values.
You notably possess:
- A HES degree in nursing or an equivalent qualification, with the right to practice in Geneva;
- A higher education qualification in management (CAS, DAS or equivalent);
- Solid management experience in the medico-social or health sector;
- Good knowledge of the Geneva gerontological network;
- Proven experience in project management and continuous improvement;
- Mastery of management tools, performance indicators, quality approaches and budget management;
- Excellent writing, analytical and organisational skills.
