To strengthen our service technician team, we are looking for a reliable, resilient, independent and motivated Service Technician / Specialist Advisor (m/f/d) for the Uster ZH region.

By joining Duscholux, you will become a true ambassador of our brand to our customers and partners. You will work on our shower enclosures and be active in a dynamic environment with varied tasks and a great deal of personal responsibility.

Your tasks

• Main contact person for Duscholux for our customers and partners in the Uster ZH region
• Consulting and supporting customers with all technical questions
• Direct measuring on site
• Installation, maintenance and repair of our entire product range
• Handling of damage cases and warranty requests
• Supporting our partners with technical questions
• Independent planning of your assignments
• Preparation of the corresponding assignment reports
• Every working day is different and offers you the opportunity to work independently while being at the centre of customer relationships.

Your profile

• Completed vocational training (sanitary installer, metalworker, carpenter or equivalent training)
• Practical experience in a technical profession or in the assembly sector
• Independent and structured way of working
• Confident handling of IT and computer applications
• Fast, careful and precise working method
• Flexibility and willingness to work irregular hours
• Driving licence category B (mandatory)
