To strengthen the team in our Kriens branch, we are immediately looking for a customer-oriented, communicative, flexible and motivated personality.

What you achieve 

• You are the first point of contact for our customers and competently support them personally as well as by phone.
• You provide customer-oriented advice on service, maintenance and repair work and find suitable solutions.
• You take over the professional acceptance and handover of vehicles.
• You coordinate workshop appointments and ensure optimal utilisation.
• You prepare cost estimates and explain the work involved transparently.
• You open workshop orders and clarify technical repair options in advance.
• You handle warranty and goodwill cases and coordinate the corresponding clarifications.
• You are responsible for the complete order processing from order opening to invoicing.

What you bring

• A completed basic technical training in the automotive trade is mandatory.
• Further training as a Technical Salesperson or commercial further training is an advantage.
• Professional experience in the service advisory environment, ideally with the Mercedes-Benz brand.
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; English skills are a plus.
• Driving licence category B.
• Confident handling of MS Office and high IT affinity.
• An independent, reliable and structured way of working as well as a pronounced quality and sense of responsibility.
• Networked thinking, initiative and high motivation to achieve success together.
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as enjoyment of daily contact with people.
