Job Description
As a project officer for the prevention of radicalisation, you provide personalised support to radicalised individuals or those undergoing radicalisation and act as an expert on all matters relating to radical ideologies.
You contribute to the development of the Radicalisation Prevention Unit (UPRAD), attached to the SG-DJES, which sustains the prevention system for radicalisation and violent extremism established by the State Council.
At the request of UPRAD managers, you provide on-the-ground support to radicalised individuals or those undergoing radicalisation by offering personalised assistance, and implement disengagement strategies in interaction with the family environment and various partners.

Responsibilities
- Personalised support for radicalised individuals under the care of the system
- Assessment of cases followed by contributing to the drafting of summary notes
- Participation in improving care on strategic and operational levels
- Intervention as an expert on all matters relating to radical ideologies
- Active support to the various entities and services involved in the prevention system
- Participation in the organisation of the Radicalisation Prevention Unit (UPRAD)
Qualifications
- University Master’s degree in social sciences, education, social work, psychology or equivalent training required
- Continuing education desired in the field of radicalisation prevention
- Experience in social support for vulnerable or disadvantaged individuals, notably through field immersion, and in managing radicalised persons
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects and conceptualise them
- Knowledge of the security field and its challenges
- Listening skills, team spirit, discretion and sense of responsibility
- Flexibility and availability outside usual hours to manage urgent situations
