tasks

• depending on your training and experience, you will work on diverse projects in all project phases in the areas of residential and commercial buildings (new build and conversion) as well as renovations
• you will coordinate collaboration with the client and other project partners
• you will also keep an overview regarding design, functionality, cost-effectiveness and sustainability
• if interested, construction management tasks can also be taken on
• the workload can be between 50 and 100%, depending on your preference

requirements

• you have training and/or further education as a construction technician or architectural draughtswoman / building draughtswoman (m/f/d)
• good CAD skills, preferably Allplan, are important
• do you consider yourself conscientious, thoughtful, communicative and solution-oriented?
