IT System Engineer Workplace (m/f)

Your Tasks

• Operation, support, maintenance, monitoring, and automation of IT services and applications (MS Windows, MS Exchange, MS Active Directory, M365, MS Azure, MS Intune) in the workplace/clients area
• Engineering and deploying applications and IT services in the workplace area, especially M365 services
• Ensuring cyber security in the application and client environment (Identity & Access Management, Endpoint Protection, Monitoring)
• Creating and updating IT-relevant documentation
• Participation in the conception and implementation of IT projects in the workplace/client environment

• Completed vocational training or higher education in the field of computer science
• Several years of experience as a system engineer in the areas of workplace engineering and application management
• Knowledge in IT infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, datacenter, servers, virtualisation environments (VMware) and storage) as well as cyber security – especially regarding the workplace/client environment
• Knowledge of Trend Micro security solutions is an advantage
• Team player with a high sense of responsibility and quality awareness
• Organisational talent with a structured way of working, a high degree of initiative, and independence
• Service- and solution-oriented personality as well as customer-friendly attitude
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
