• You bear overall responsibility for the IT of our company.
• You develop and implement the IT strategy in a targeted manner.
• You continuously organize and develop the IT department.
  
• You lead the IT department heads as well as the staff for information security and risk management and also take care of the assistance and the
  training of apprentices.
• You actively and proactively lead projects and innovations.
• You ensure the reliable operation, maintenance, and support of our IT infrastructure.
• Together with your team, you ensure effective security and incident management.

• You have a university degree in computer science / business informatics or a comparable education.
• Ideally, you already have experience with complex IT projects as well as in the conception, setup, and
  optimization of network systems.
• You bring leadership training and several years of experience in leading teams.
• Analytical and conceptual thinking guides your actions.
• You are a team-oriented, proactive, and responsible personality.
