Job description
We are seeking a rigorous, analytical and data-oriented Payroll & HR Specialist (M/F) to join our Human Resources team in the canton of Neuchâtel.
As a Payroll & HR Specialist (M/F), you will play a central role in managing, controlling and improving Swiss payroll processes, ensuring the accuracy of payroll processing, compliance with Swiss legal requirements and the quality of HR data.
This position requires excellent organisation, great rigour, a strong sense of confidentiality and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Manage the processing and control of Swiss payroll, ensuring accuracy, quality and compliance of payroll data.
- Manage processes related to Swiss social insurances (AHV/IV/APG, ALV, BVG, family allowances, accident insurance, etc.).
- Coordinate exchanges with the pension fund and other social institutions, ensure follow-up of affiliations, changes and administrative requests.
- Manage the administrative follow-up of Swiss work permits (applications, renewals, changes in status) in collaboration with authorities and internal stakeholders.
- Perform necessary checks before and after payroll processing to identify, analyse and resolve any anomalies.
- Ensure the reliability of HR data in the ProConcept system and ensure its regular updating.
- Prepare, analyse and maintain recurring HR reports as well as ad hoc analyses.
- Analyse key HR indicators such as headcount, absenteeism, turnover, remuneration and salary costs.
- Participate in monthly payroll closings as well as associated financial controls.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and optimisation of HR and Payroll processes.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team in the daily management of employee files.
- Ensure the filing, management and confidentiality of HR documents in accordance with Swiss legal requirements.
Profile
- Training in Human Resources, Management, Finance or a similar field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR Payroll role with a strong data and reporting orientation.
- Proven experience in Swiss Payroll (mandatory).
- Good knowledge of an HR/Payroll management software and ability to quickly adapt to new tools (knowledge of ProConcept is an asset).
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced functions).
- Strong analytical skills, synthesis ability and aptitude to identify, analyse and resolve problems related to HR data and Payroll processes.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.
- High discretion in handling confidential data.
