The specialist shop of Leinenweberei Bern AG is located in the heart of Bern. A place where you can immerse yourself in the fascinating world of home textiles and discover high-quality products for bed, bath, kitchen, and table.
Our diverse range stands for quality and the highest standards. With personal and competent advice, we ensure that our customers feel comfortable with us and find exactly the products that suit their needs.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual who enjoys beautiful textiles, advice, and sales.
What awaits you:
- You actively, personally, and competently advise our customers when purchasing our products
- You manage your own department and are responsible for an appealing product presentation
- You take care of the daily closing if needed
- You support the head of retail in the interior decoration and design of our shop
- In our in-house atelier, individual customer orders and alterations regularly arise. If you have experience in sewing or tailoring, you can also actively support our team here
What you bring with you:
- You are passionate about textiles, colours, and interior decoration
- You are strong in sales and enjoy personally advising customers
- Experience in retail is an advantage but not a must
- Sewing or tailoring experience is a great plus, as you can support orders in our atelier if needed
- You are a team player, communicative, and have very good German skills. Knowledge of French and English is an advantage
- You are flexible, proactive, reliable, and like to take responsibility
