Your tasks:

• Active support and expansion of existing customer relationships
• Acquisition of new customers in German-speaking and Western Switzerland
• Technical advice on site including recording customer needs and measurements
• Development of customer-specific solutions and quotations
• Follow-up of quotations
• Negotiation and conclusion of projects
• Close cooperation with the technical office, workshop and assembly management
• Participation in customer meetings and site inspections
• Recording of existing systems

Your profile:

• Technical basic training (e.g. metal construction, mechanical engineering, electromechanics) or commercial training with technical understanding
• Further training in sales is an advantage
• Experience in selling technical systems / capital goods, ideally in the construction or logistics environment
• Ability to present technical solutions clearly and convincingly
• Potential and willingness for further development / medium to long-term assumption of leadership tasks
• Fluent German in spoken and written form, French mandatory at level C1 (business fluent)
• Independent, structured way of working
• Sales hunter mentality
• Customer orientation, negotiation skills and assertiveness
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland
• Driving licence category B
