Your Role
With us, you act as the central interface between our insured persons, the affiliated employers, our internal customer advisors, and our external claims management partner. This way, you take on internal responsibility for the benefits service and can specifically expand your expertise in occupational pension provision.
You ensure that our benefit cases are managed professionally, in a structured manner, and always up to date.
While the medical assessment of cases and the collection of the necessary medical documents are carried out by our external claims management partner, you are responsible for reliable case management, coordination of all parties involved, and the careful and complete maintenance of benefit cases in our administration system.
Your Responsibilities in Case Management
- You manage and maintain benefit cases in our administration system (MS Pension) and ensure that information, documents, and deadlines are always current.
- You coordinate benefit cases from opening to closure and keep track of appointments and other important steps.
- You work closely with our external claims management partner and ensure a smooth flow of information.
- You prepare the necessary information for case processing and ensure that decisions and feedback are correctly recorded in the administration system.
- You are the first point of contact regarding benefit cases for insured persons, employers, as well as internal and external partners, ensuring professional and respectful communication.
- You undertake administrative clarifications related to benefit cases and coordinate the necessary steps with the responsible authorities.
- You identify optimisation potential in case management and contribute your ideas to continuously improve processes and workflows.
What You Bring
- A commercial education, training in insurance, or a comparable qualification, ideally related to occupational pension provision.
- Experience in handling benefit or claims cases in occupational pension provision.
- A professional certificate as a social insurance specialist or personnel pension specialist.
- You communicate clearly and empathetically and enjoy contact with people.
- You work very carefully, in a structured and reliable manner, and enjoy keeping an overview even with many parallel cases.
- You think proactively and have ideas on how processes can be simplified.
- You enjoy being part of a team and are willing to pitch in.
- You write confidently in German and ideally have foreign language skills in French and/or English.
