The Compensation Office/Disability Insurance Office of the Canton of Appenzell I.Rh. is a small, dynamic social insurance company with around 25 employees in nine social insurance branches.

You are responsible for visitor reception at the front desk and operating the telephone switchboard. You can independently handle simple enquiries and requests, while more complex matters are forwarded to the appropriate specialists within the organisation.
Administrative tasks, especially maintaining master data of affiliated insured persons and employers, are also part of your duties, as is simple correspondence. The work is mainly digital and supported by specialised applications.
You are a person who possesses strong advisory and social skills, enjoys working independently and solution-oriented, and takes pleasure in contact with people. You bring a high degree of responsibility and discretion in dealing with insured persons and their data. Furthermore, you find it easy to recognise connections.
You have a commercial basic education (Profile E/M) or a vocational apprenticeship with commercial further training suitable for this position. You are familiar with working with various IT specialised applications and managing digital files. Fluent German in spoken and written form, very good PC user skills, and a pronounced service orientation complete your profile.
