Director of the PRESV Foundation

Your responsibilities: As Director of PRESV, you will assume operational and financial leadership of the foundation. As the guarantor of its values and corporate culture, you will ensure the long-term fulfilment of the service promise to the insured, the quality of services, and strict, legally compliant management, particularly in compliance with the legal requirements of the BVG. You will work closely with the Board of Trustees and its committees, prepare their work, and implement their decisions.

Your tasks :

• Overall management and strategic control of the foundation
• Active participation in and implementation of the strategy defined by the Board of Trustees
• Ensuring the application of legal and regulatory provisions (BVG, BVV2)
• Monitoring financial management, accounting, and reporting
• Management of asset administration (monitoring mandates, performance, and risks)
• Supervision of the foundation’s real estate activities
• Leadership and promotion of internal teams
• Ensuring the quality of services to the insured and affiliated employers
• Maintaining relationships with internal and external partners (actuary, auditor, asset managers, authorities)

Your profile :

• Federal diploma for heads of pension institutions, Federal specialist certificate for pension specialists, or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in occupational pension provision
• Sound knowledge of the Swiss Occupational Pensions Act (BVG)
• Good knowledge of financial management and institutional asset management
• Experience in management and corporate leadership
• Strong team skills and communication competence
• Fluent French in spoken and written form, as well as good knowledge of German
• Sense of responsibility, integrity, and decisiveness
