Your challenges

• You establish the first contact with our insured persons (by phone), open our files, investigate the details of the legal cases, and document them in writing.
• You conduct an initial review of the insurance coverage, request the case-relevant documents, and forward them to the responsible legal services.

What you bring

• You are resilient, enjoy working in a team, and appreciate telephone customer contact.
• You enjoy working independently and manage to keep an overview in hectic situations.
• You have a good command of the German language, both spoken and written, and possess good oral French and/or Italian skills. Additional languages are an advantage.
