To strengthen our team in Olten, we are looking for a

Sales Support Specialist 80–100%

As an innovative company, we ensure that drinking water flows in buildings throughout Switzerland. To achieve this, we develop, produce and distribute pioneering complete solutions for sanitary and heating technology with around 500 employees.

Your tasks

• Recording, processing and checking new and existing customers as well as object and condition master data in SAP
• Analysis of customer data and target groups as well as participation in the further development of data management
• Participation in digitisation and optimisation projects (SAP S/4HANA)
• Co-design and optimisation of processes, systems and workflows within the sales organisation
• Deputising for the CRM Application Manager (MS Dynamics)
• Calculating sales prices of catalogue items and corresponding data maintenance
• Handling rebates and bonus settlements

Your profile

• Commercial training with successfully completed further education as a sales specialist or in business administration
• Professional experience in offer, price and condition management as well as in maintaining customer data
• Experience or interest in interconnected digitisation topics (e.g. data flow in sales processes, possible uses of AI, etc.)
• High customer and service orientation
• Structured, process-oriented and independent working style
• Strong MS Office, SAP and CRM skills
• Analytical thinking ability as well as pronounced numerical and data understanding
• Teamwork skills, communication strength and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration
