About the job

What you will achieve

• Childcare for toddlers up to 9 years old of our members
• You lead and support your employees and conduct team meetings
• You ensure cleanliness and order in the Children’s Paradise
• You are responsible for administrative tasks (staff scheduling, budget compliance, and communication with other managers)

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further training
• Field: Training in childcare and leadership experience is an advantage
• Professional experience: With children aged 3 months to 9 years or have your own children up to 9 years old
• You are an upbeat and empathetic person
• You live in the region (commute should not exceed 20 minutes)
• You are reliable and can organise your area of responsibility
• You are flexible regarding working hours and willing to cover shifts on weekends, public holidays, or during holiday absences
• German (B1)
