What to expect from us
- You are part of a business team at VZ Depotbank, you understand requirements and banking processes in detail and create solutions with suitable technologies (AI, low-code, traditional programming).
- You develop new business applications in the financial sector and expand existing ones in the Microsoft stack based on the needs of your business team.
- You proactively identify optimisation and digitalisation opportunities in your business team and bring concrete implementation proposals.
- You work long-term on the further development of our applications – with plenty of scope for design and a high proportion of new development.
- You ensure that new applications and extensions are optimally integrated into the existing system landscape of the VZ Group. Regular coordination with our software engineers in Zurich supports you in developing sustainable and future-proof solutions.
What you bring with you
- Higher education in computer science and at least five years of experience in a comparable role
- Solid experience in the Microsoft stack with a focus on .NET/C#, software architecture and solution design; knowledge of Blazor and/or Angular is a plus
- Interest in actively identifying digitalisation and automation opportunities and converting them into sustainable solutions
- "Hands-on" mentality and passion for software engineering and technology
- Strong team spirit, enjoyment of collaboration and joint problem-solving with specialists; experience in a banking-related environment is a plus
