• As a CCIH employee, your work mainly revolves around two areas:
• As an employee of the CCIH, your area of responsibility essentially comprises two main areas:

Management of AVS contributions / Administration of AHV contributions

• You process annual salary declarations and prepare employer contribution statements.
• You handle the annual salary clauses and prepare the employer contribution statements.

Processing of APG / Processing of the income compensation scheme (EO)

• You determine entitlement to benefits, calculate and pay allowances in accordance with federal and cantonal laws, internal regulations and bilateral agreements.
• You check entitlement to benefits, calculate and pay compensation applying federal and cantonal laws, internal regulations and bilateral agreements.

Your profile / Your profile

Qualification / Qualification

• You hold a commercial apprenticeship certificate (CFC) or an equivalent qualification. Holding a specialist certificate in social insurance is an advantage.
• You have a commercial apprenticeship certificate (EFZ) or a comparable qualification. A federal specialist certificate as a social insurance expert is an advantage.

Experience / Experience

• You have proven experience in social insurance.
• You have solid experience in social insurance, especially in the area of family allowances.

• You are rigorous, possess excellent team spirit and strong analytical skills. Interpreting and applying laws motivates you. You are comfortable with numbers. Your sociability and stress resistance make you a friendly and reliable colleague.
• You always work conscientiously and have excellent analytical skills. The interpretation and application of laws motivates you. You are numerically inclined. Thanks to your sociability and resilience, you are a friendly and reliable colleague.

IT skills / IT skills

• You have excellent command of common IT tools.
• You have profound knowledge in the use of common IT tools.

Languages / Languages

• You express yourself easily in French. Proficiency in German is a significant advantage.
• You communicate confidently in German. Very good French skills are a great plus.
