The Office for National Road Operations ensures, on behalf of the Federal Roads Office (ASTRA), the operational and structural maintenance on the A2 from Airolo to Beckenried, on the A4 from Flüelen to Küssnacht, as well as on the Gotthard Pass road.
For the Operations and Safety Equipment Department in the Information and Communication Technology division, we are looking for a new colleague at the main office in Flüelen.

Tasks
- Support, maintenance, and servicing of the operational control level, the communication network, and the operational and safety equipment
- Support and maintenance of the higher-level services (Active Directory, DNS, IPAM, inventory, system monitoring)
- Installation and administration of client and server systems
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
- Participation in ensuring data and system security
- Support in analyzing system and software problems
- Participation in project organizations in the field of system technology
- Involvement in condition assessment, procurement, and integration of new systems
- Participation in the AfBN internal IT helpdesk
- On-call duty in the area of system technology
Expectations
- Completed vocational training as an electronics technician or IT specialist
- Further education as an IT technician HF or a comparable technical further education is an advantage
- Solid basic knowledge in all IT areas, especially Windows servers/clients and virtualization as well as network technology
- Several years of professional experience
- High sense of responsibility
