Your tasks
- Coordinating and further developing processes and systems
- Leading and supporting the internal sales team
- Promoting the professional and personal development of employees
- Conducting regular employee appraisals
- Driving digitalisation with a focus on the optimal and efficient use of the ERP system
- Handling customer enquiries and orders from quotation to invoicing
- Organising appointments, recording vehicles, issuing workshop orders as well as processing complaints and customer concerns
Your profile
- Basic technical training, preferably with 2-3 years of professional experience in service or sales in the automotive industry
- Further training as a certified business economist HF, sales specialist, technical merchant, commercial school or comparable further education
- Preferably leadership experience as well as experience in internal sales (trade or service company)
- MS Office as well as ERP and CRM knowledge
- Structured, careful and solution-oriented working style as well as calm manner, even in hectic situations
- Conscientious and committed personality with a clear leadership and communication style
- German: confident (C2) / French: good (B2) advantageous
