Customer Service Advisor (100%) Location Glattpark

Your main tasks

• Ensuring customer reception and order acceptance
• Vehicle acceptance and inspection with the customer
• Providing personal and telephone information to customers
• Explaining the invoice during vehicle handover
• Preparing cost estimates and invoices
• Handling warranty work in cooperation with the manufacturer

Your profile

• Completed technical training in the automotive sector (automotive specialist or mechatronics technician)
• Several years of experience in a similar role advantageous
• Further training in the commercial field
• Good IT user skills; knowledge of French and/or English advantageous
• Customer-oriented and proactive
