Senior Purchaser with Technical Affinity (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the strategic procurement of mechanical components
- You are responsible for preparing and conducting supplier negotiations, taking into account purchasing and supplier strategies, e.g. in contract manufacturing
- You contribute to the development of efficient, global supplier strategies in cooperation with international commodity management
- You conduct market and supplier analyses
- You support supplier selection, development, and qualification
- You work closely with the quality department on projects for supplier approval and cost optimisation
- You perform controlling in the ERP system using key figures and statistics in purchasing
Qualifications:
- Basic training in craftsmanship/technical/logistics with additional commercial background
- Further training as a federally certified purchaser or similar, further education at FH/HF level
- Several years of professional and procurement experience in purchasing, preferably in industry
- Fluent German and English negotiation skills, Italian and/or French advantageous
- Very good MS Office and SAP skills
