- Know, practice, and respond correctly in emergencies. Intervene and coordinate in emergencies and incidents in close cooperation with the security service provider. This responsibility is primary for this position and is highlighted separately here
- Prepare incident reports and comply with reporting chains
- Carry out care work according to BEKO SEM and according to the specifications of the department management (FBL) and the care management (LB)
- Ensure basic medical care (first aid kit)
- Be attentive to specific issues of people with special needs
- Ensure general quietness and compliance with house rules, including regular inspection rounds
- Support reporting, create reports based on the checklist
- Care for and support new admissions (BAZmV)
Requirements
- Secondary level II: Federal Vocational Certificate (EBA)
- 4 to 6 years of relevant professional experience
- Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications
- Impeccable reputation (no entries in debt enforcement and criminal records)
