• assist the member of the management responsible for private and commercial clients in their organisational and administrative tasks
• coordinate and organise appointments, meetings, workshops and events
• create and format presentations, reports, documents for management, as well as minutes of meetings and workshops of all kinds
• manage the intranet intended for private and commercial clients, and undertake various coordination and project management tasks
• develop and improve various reports, documentation and statistics
• manage and process the complaints procedure
• monitor mandates and suspense accounts

• a basic commercial education as well as several years of professional experience, ideally in an assistant position
• excellent knowledge of German and French, both spoken and written (negotiation level)
• strong organisational skills, a structured working method, a marked initiative spirit as well as the ability to think ahead and anticipate
• discretion, reliability, flexibility in terms of hours and locations, and a strong sense of responsibility
• excellent communication skills, a team spirit and a customer-oriented approach
• good knowledge in the field of AI and an interest in its use in everyday professional life
