Our department Client Channels designs and develops the physical and digital touchpoints of Zürcher Kantonalbank, through which millions of interactions take place daily.
As a team, we are responsible for Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) as well as the Open Banking Platform of Zürcher Kantonalbank. We ensure exclusive access to all digital banking services for our customers – simple, secure and seamless.

Your expertise lies in Open Banking and you actively contribute to the development and expansion of our CIAM solutions.
Your tasks
- Continuously monitoring developments and actively driving operations in Open Banking to enable our customers and partners efficient and future-proof access to third parties
- Shaping the expansion and further development of our CIAM solution
- Specifying requirements, features and user stories as well as accompanying implementation by developers, including support with testing and rollouts
- Ensuring stable operations, including operational support and compliance with regulatory and security-related requirements in the Open Banking and CIAM environment
- Collaborating in interdisciplinary teams as well as analysing requirements and advising internal and external partners with active stakeholder management
Your profile
- Higher degree in computer science, business administration or an equivalent qualification with a strong IT focus is an advantage
- At least 5 years of professional experience in business engineering with a focus on Open Finance (Consent Management, OAuth Flow, API platforms) and experience in process and data analysis
- Solid methodological skills in requirements elicitation, modelling and specification (e.g. UML, BPMN, mock-ups)
- Experience in coordinating work packages and leading small projects or subprojects as well as experience in agile setups (e.g. Scrum, SAFe)
- Knowledge in the area of digital identities, authentication methods, OAuth and OpenID Connect is an advantage
- Motivated, inclusive and team-oriented personality with joy in cross-departmental collaboration and a clear focus on the essentials
- Strong analytical skills as well as holistic, goal-oriented thinking and pronounced consulting competence in dealing with stakeholders
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive decisions forward and take responsibility
