Caretaker 100% (m/f/d)

• Independent provision of caretaker services on a site
• Carrying out maintenance and cleaning work including groundskeeping and winter services
• Performing technical inspections
• Coordinating appointments and supervising external service providers
• Maintaining building services systems and troubleshooting
• Ensuring a well-kept appearance of the property
• Proper disposal activities
• Willingness to participate in on-call duty on a rotational basis

• Willingness and flexibility for assignments in Zurich and surrounding areas
• Successfully completed vocational training as a specialist in operational maintenance, building technology, or a similar basic education with further training to become a federally certified caretaker
• Professional experience in building services or caretaking
• Knowledge in maintenance of building technology and/or industrial systems is desirable
• Reliable, independent, solution-oriented, and structured working style
• Good manners, pleasant and confident appearance, and a neat appearance
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as strong communication skills
• Team spirit and high service orientation
• Confident use of IT
• Impeccable reputation
• Valid driving licence category B, knowledge of manual transmission is mandatory
