Customer Service Advisor Bodywork (m, f, d) 100%

WE ENTRUST YOU WITH:

• Supporting customers in the event of damage and other concerns regarding their vehicle
• Preparing calculations and quotations
• Ensuring communication between customers, insurers, and fleet managers
• Acting as the interface between our customers and our various departments, such as bodywork and paint shop
• Implementing and optimising the prescribed processes
• Organising smooth workflows

YOU ARE STRONG IN:

• Completed training in the bodywork / automotive trade
• Commercial further education is an advantage
• Technical competence, analytical as well as business management thinking
• Good IT skills and digital affinity
• Experience with the VCS system is an advantage
• Proficient in calculations using "iDat" or "Audatex"
• Well-groomed appearance and good manners
• Integrity and good manners come naturally to you
