Neue Centrum Garage AG in Würenlos is the representative for CUPRA and SEAT, as well as for JEEP, FIAT and Abarth for the Limmattal and Furttal regions.

We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a person who enjoys customer advice / support, has a passion for our brands, and is reliable and motivated.

Position Customer Service Advisor CUPRA/SEAT (m/f/d)

Full-time 100%

Your tasks

- Scheduling and receiving workshop orders

- Supporting and advising workshop customers

- Preparing cost estimates and quotations for vehicle repairs/accessories

- Invoicing workshop orders

What you bring

- Completed basic training in the automotive industry

- Experience in customer advice and support

- Preferably experience with our in-house brands SEAT and CUPRA
