What you will achieve
- You support managers and employees in personnel-related matters throughout the entire employee lifecycle and professionally and solution-orientedly accompany challenging personnel situations and change processes.
- You assist the HR management in strategic and operational matters, further develop HR processes and standards, coordinate HR topics within the team, and promote constructive collaboration as well as knowledge exchange within the HR team.
- You handle challenging employee issues, conflict management, and separation processes. You support the HR team in operational matters and processes to ensure timely and smooth implementation of operational HR tasks.
- You are actively involved in the recruitment process, whether coordinating the candidate pipeline or conducting interviews with suitable candidates directly.
- You work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, contribute ideas, question existing practices, and participate in concrete offers and concepts to continuously develop WePractice.
What you bring
- Education: Completed basic or further training
- Field: HR
- Professional experience: 2 years of HR experience
- Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable HR role
- Solid experience in operational HR processes and employee consulting
- Good knowledge of Swiss labour law and modern HR processes
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional language skills such as English are advantageous
- Experience in the healthcare or practice environment is an advantage
- German (B1)
- English (ADVANTAGEOUS)
