Job description

To complete our Swiss Market Marketing team, we are looking for an intern for a period of 6 months, starting from 1st January 2027. Your main tasks will be as follows:

Marketing Support

• Participate in the preparation and deployment of marketing campaigns;
• Contribute to the creation and updating of marketing presentations;
• Manage and provide marketing materials and content (assets);
• Coordinate exchanges with various internal contacts to ensure the smooth running of projects.

Retail Support

• Participate in managing communication materials intended for points of sale;
• Coordinate orders, shipments, and deliveries of marketing materials;
• Ensure follow-up of installations in stores and with partners;
• Contribute to managing stock of materials.

Events & Sponsorship Support

• Participate in organising events, product launches, and sponsorship activities;
• Manage invitations and participant follow-up;
• Coordinate logistical aspects in collaboration with internal and external partners;
• Provide operational support on site during events.

Administrative & Analysis Support

• Write meeting minutes and ensure follow-up of actions;
• Update and maintain marketing databases;
• Participate in preparing reports and activity monitoring analyses;
• Carry out translations and adaptations of content in French and German.

Professional requirements

• Business school diploma or university degree;
• Very good command of IT tools (SAP, Excel, and common tools).

Languages

• Excellent command of French and German (CH-DE).
