Following the retirement of the incumbent, the Courtelary Social Action Service is advertising a position for
HR Finance Manager at 80 - 100%
Start date: 1 February 2027
Your mission:
- Ensure the maintenance and reliability of general accounting, debtors and creditors
- Ensure the quality of annual closings and compliance of accounting and financial processes
- Prepare the budget, financial forecasts and financial planning in collaboration with Management
- Prepare dashboards for Management and the Committee, draft the Committee minutes
- Alert Management in case of financial, HR risk or non-compliance and propose necessary measures
- Advise Management on HR matters and support particular situations
- Participate in recruitment, integration of employees and development of HR practices
- Ensure the proper functioning of the IT environment
- Actively contribute to the work of the management team and cross-functional projects
- Promote teamwork and harmonious relations with partners (clients, municipalities, OIAS, etc.)
Ourrequirements:
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
- Additional training in finance and accounting and/or proven experience in the field
- Additional training and/or proven experience in human resources
- Excellent knowledge of IT tools and experience in operational management of an IT environment
- Analytical, synthesis, organisation and planning skills
- Good writing skills, clear communication, ability to reach consensus
- Ability to address conflicts constructively
- Absolute discretion
- Native French or German speaker, with excellent knowledge of the other language
- Swiss nationality or valid permit
