About the job
You shape the future of the electronic mailbox (eBK): Based on a modern Dapr/container/Kubernetes architecture, you further develop the CI/CD pipeline and the React frontend and accompany the operational takeover from external suppliers to DIIN's own operation. Together with CMI & aforms, CISO, Product Owner and Product Management, you create the foundation for a secure, stable and independent operation of the eBK.
Your tasks
- Platform operation: You ensure the further development and operation of the eBK based on the Dapr/container/Kubernetes architecture and expand error and edge case handling for a robust application.
- Frontend & integration: You further develop the React frontend for integrating the mailbox icon into my.lu.ch and implement the CMI integration.
- CI/CD & secure own operation: You drive the development of the CI/CD pipeline for the eBK and create the foundation for secure own operation with CI/CD sovereignty and Vault Auto-Unseal.
- Operational takeover: You accompany the professional operational takeover from external suppliers to DIIN including acceptance process and knowledge transfer, ensuring a stable, high-quality operation.
- Requirements & security: You analyse, structure and prioritise requirements from different stakeholders, develop sustainable solution concepts and coordinate releases and changes. As a link between departments and development, you bring together professional requirements, technical possibilities and user needs and implement measures from Tenable scanning and pentests.
Your profile
- Several years of experience as a Senior DevOps/Full-Stack Engineer with solid practice in React and C# as well as in operating container/Kubernetes environments; knowledge of Dapr or comparable microservice runtimes is an advantage.
- Experience in building CI/CD pipelines, for example with Azure DevOps, for containerised applications as well as in REST API integrations.
- Practical experience in the takeover and migration of applications from external suppliers to own operation as well as a strong understanding of reliable operation. You convince with hands-on implementation strength and combine frontend with operational know-how.
- A high security awareness and careful, reliable handling of security-critical citizen data and documents, especially in the context of confidential delivery. Professional appearance towards external suppliers as well as the willingness to actively build missing competencies in the team and share knowledge distinguish you. Fluent German skills in spoken and written form complete your profile.
- Experience in public administration or regulated industries.
- Experience with document management/case management systems such as CMI as well as knowledge of eCH standards and requirements for digital delivery.
