Dr.Meyer Immobilien AG has its own internal construction management. We advise and represent our clients and owners on all renovation matters concerning buildings and building technology.

You will be responsible for this

• As a specialist, you share responsibility for the scheduled maintenance and preservation of the value of our property portfolio
• Your main tasks include overseeing smaller to large cyclical renewals from the project to the completion phase in collaboration with internal and external partners
• You are responsible for planning and implementing architectural and construction services, identifying unused potential within the residential and commercial properties we manage, developing renovation concepts and implementing them
• In the outlined area, you act as the direct contact person for our clients

You bring with you

You have a qualification as an architect, construction manager, technician or equivalent and have professional experience in Switzerland. You bring experience in leading and executing construction projects, coordinating clients, authorities, specialist planners and experts. You impress with an independent, precise and punctual working style. You are team-oriented, confident in dealing with employees, clients, planners and contractors. You also competently apply these qualities in team leadership.
Working with MS Office and construction administration software (WinBau advantageous) is second nature to you. You are strong in communication and complete your profile with confident spoken and written German skills.
