Telephone Switchboard Operator 40 - 60% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You are the friendly voice and answer calls at the telephone switchboard

• You competently forward calls to the appropriate contacts

• You handle telephone enquiries professionally and with a service-oriented approach

• You assist with general administrative tasks related to the telephone switchboard

• You ensure smooth communication flow within the company

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed commercial training (EFZ or EBA)

• Experience at reception or front desk

• Friendly and professional telephone manner

• Organisational talent and reliability

• Availability on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 07:30 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 17:00

What are my benefits?
