Dipl. Psychiatric Specialist HF with Case Management

Tasks

• Diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH, at least 2 years of professional experience in a psychiatric setting
• Enjoyment and interest in the psychosocial care of elderly people
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Knowledge of InterRai CMH and Perigon is an advantage
• Driving licence category B

Profile

• You manage and control all steps in the care process as the case-leading nursing specialist.
• You are responsible for careful and complete care documentation.
• You provide resource- and goal-oriented care for our clients with mental illnesses.
• You support our clients in designing and implementing a self-determined daily life.
