Your tasks
- You will look after several properties and ensure a consistently well-maintained appearance through cleaning, groundskeeping and winter services.
- You will carry out regular inspection rounds and ensure that buildings and outdoor facilities are well maintained and in perfect condition.
- You will independently perform minor maintenance and repair work and service technical systems according to specifications.
- You will organise and carry out moving, furnishing and other maintenance tasks and take care of supply and disposal.
- You will recruit, lead and support the cleaning staff, as well as coordinate and accompany external craftsmen, suppliers and service providers.
Your profile
- Completed vocational training, preferably in a craft or technical field
- Federal specialist certificate as a caretaker or willingness to complete this further training
- Independent, reliable and service-oriented working style
- Good physical condition and enjoyment of practical work
- Driving licence category B
- Good PC user skills, especially in Outlook, Word and Excel
- High discretion, flexibility and enjoyment of teamwork
- Good German language skills, spoken and written

Your working environment

This includes the planning and realisation of new buildings as well as the preservation of value of the buildings and their operation.
