About the job

Our approximately 200 employees ensure daily that transports run reliably throughout Switzerland. Swap body vehicles and articulated lorries are in operation. Dispatch, driving personnel, and workshop work hand in hand.

For our dispatch team, we are looking for a person with experience in dispatch, transport, or deployment planning. Ideally, you are already familiar with the transport or logistics industry. Experience from a related sector can also suit us well if dispatching and coordinating deployments are part of your daily work.

This is what you will do with us

• You plan the deployment of driving personnel and transport resources
• You coordinate transports and keep an eye on appointments and processes
• You respond to short-term changes and find practical solutions
• You communicate with customers, driving personnel, and the workshop
• You ensure compliance with legal regulations for driving personnel
• You handle administrative tasks in order processing and dispatch

• Have experience in dispatch, transport, or deployment planning and think ahead
• Remain calm and solution-oriented even in hectic situations
• Are willing to work shifts
• Work reliably, resiliently, and responsibly
• Have good PC user skills
• Possess good German language skills, both spoken and written

• You work in the transport or logistics industry, for example as a driver, and want to switch to dispatch.
• You have experience in dispatch or deployment planning in another industry and want to switch to transport dispatch.
