Your mission
You are a passionate salesperson actively driving the growth of our business in the DACH region. Your focus is clearly on acquiring new customers, developing market potentials, and successfully closing deals. You act independently, strategically, and with a strong customer orientation.
Your tasks
- Active new customer acquisition (hunter role) in Switzerland and Austria with a clear focus on business expansion and revenue generation
- Independent identification and development of market potentials (targeting, research, networking)
- Proactive approach to decision-makers (C-level, purchasing, quality assurance, production)
- Application of modern sales methods such as consultative selling, solution selling, and value selling
- Strategic management of the entire sales cycle – from lead to closing
- Negotiation at eye level up to successful contract conclusion
- Building and expanding a reliable customer network
- Development of customised customer solutions with clear added value (ICMC approach)
- Creation and management of offers, calculations, and tenders
- Up- and cross-selling with existing customers to sustainably increase revenue
- Close cooperation with operations to ensure a convincing end-to-end solution
- Representation of the company at customers, events, and trade fairs
- Systematic work with CRM tools (pipeline management, forecasting)
- Independent reporting and management of own sales activities
- Assuming operational responsibility for defined customer locations during holiday, illness, or other absences of the responsible operations manager (CH).
- Active support in planning, managing, and successfully implementing large projects, special orders, and new implementations.
- Close cross-departmental collaboration with operations, quality, HR, and other specialist departments to continuously optimise processes, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
Your profile
- Several years of proven successful experience in B2B sales with a clear hunter mentality
- Proven closing strength and enjoyment in actively generating business
- Experience in solution-oriented sales (consultative / solution selling)
- High self-motivation, independence, and implementation strength
- Ability to analyse customer needs and translate them into value-adding solutions
- Confident appearance and negotiation skills at all hierarchy levels
- Ideally industry experience in building cleaning, cleanroom, or facility services
- Entrepreneurial thinking and strong commercial understanding
- Structured working style and confident handling of CRM systems (ideally HubSpot)
- Very good German and English skills; French is an advantage
- High willingness to travel within the DACH region
