Business Analyst and Project Manager (m/f/d) 100%

Your tasks:

In this versatile role, you take responsibility for analysing, optimising and further developing our business processes and digital solutions. You work closely with departments and IT, identify improvement potentials and successfully lead changes from idea to implementation.

Your core tasks include:

• Analysis, documentation and optimisation of business and customer processes
• Collection, evaluation and specification of business requirements
• Consulting and supporting departments in requirements management
• Leading and coordinating change requests as well as small and medium-sized projects
• Interface function between business, IT and external partners
• Identification and implementation of automation and digitalisation potentials
• Responsibility for selected business applications and their further development
• Ensuring high-quality process and project documentation
• Promoting innovative technologies and AI-based solutions in the Microsoft environment

You bring with you:

• Completed studies in business informatics, computer science or a comparable field at a university of applied sciences, university or ETH
• At least five years of relevant professional experience
• Several years of experience in process and requirements analysis
• Sound knowledge in process management, ideally in retail or telecommunications environment
• IREB certification or a comparable qualification
• Experience in using AI tools, preferably in the Microsoft tech stack
• Technical understanding as well as a good sense for current technologies and digital developments
• Very good German and English skills
• The ability to communicate appropriately and convincingly across different professional and hierarchical levels
