The flexible and expandable area of deployment on request:
- Support of the HR team in all administrative matters
- Participation and co-design in and of HR projects
- Support in the application process, from scheduling and arranging appointments to processing in the personnel system
- Use and maintenance of the available IT and personnel systems
- Active participation and organisation of events and occasions
- Development of skills up to advisory and recruitment interviews
These qualities distinguish you:
- Passion and interest in human resources, recruiting or people in general
- You are studying (Bachelor/Master) or have already completed your studies
- You actively approach people and have no inhibitions about making telephone contact with applicants. You thrive in advisory conversations and find people and their life stories fascinating
- An open approach to people from the most diverse cultures
- Ambition, motivation and a pronounced hands-on and let’s do it mentality
- You also demonstrate a high sense of responsibility, independence, teamwork and commitment
- IT affinity or proficient use of the entire MS Office suite is assumed
