IT Application Manager & Technical Product Owner (m/f/d) 100%

Location: Dierikon (LU) | Workload: 100% | Start: by arrangement | Contract type: permanent employment

What it’s about

You take on a key role between business, IT, end users and external partners. You bring structure to requirements, keep applications stable and secure, and drive improvements with technical understanding and an ownership mindset.

As a sparring partner to the Head of IT, you actively contribute your know-how in application, integration and technology decisions and help to further develop our digital landscape with a future-oriented approach.

What you will do with us

• You take end-to-end responsibility for business-critical applications
• You manage roadmaps, backlogs, priorities, releases, UATs and documentation
• You analyse functional and technical issues and coordinate sustainable solutions with external partners
• You translate requirements from the business and user feedback into concrete further developments
• You ensure stable, secure and compliance-compliant operations
• You work closely with end users, IT, specialist departments and software providers.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced professional who can identify with direct sales and has technical depth. Someone characterised by analytical thinking and taking responsibility.

• At least 3 years of experience as an Application Manager, Technical Product Owner, IT Solution Manager or in a similar role
• Experience with business-critical applications, support, incident, problem and change management
• Good understanding of system landscapes, interfaces and integrations Knowledge of the Microsoft environment, especially Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, Power Automate and Entra ID
• Experience with Jira, backlogs, user stories, release processes and ideally Azure DevOps
• Experience working with external software developers and IT service providers Strong analytical skills, high personal responsibility and a pronounced ownership mindset
• Very good German and English skills are a prerequisite
