In Orpund (approx. 3200 inhabitants), around 280 children are taught in 11 primary classes and 4 kindergartens by a motivated team of about 60 teachers. The school building is located in a preferred location in the green near the forest. We are a suburban community of Biel, which is quickly accessible by bus.

Tasks
You will teach from Wednesday to Friday (Wednesday and Friday morning, Thursday all day) as a class teacher with a workload of 56.2% in the kindergarten. There is close collaboration with an experienced part-time teacher (Monday/Tuesday) and the special education teacher. Employment starts on November 3, 2025. The employment is limited due to the substitution of the position holder until December 19, 2025.
Requirements
You have completed training for this level or are in training for it. You enjoy working in a team and are open to collaborating with the other three kindergartens on site.
We Offer
Good collaboration in a motivated, great kindergarten LP team. Good support from the position partner, the special education teacher, and class assistants. The kindergarten facilities are bright and spacious. Open ear and support from the school management. On Thursday afternoons, the school's own swimming pool can be used for swimming. Good accessibility of the school by public transport.
