Team Leader Medical Secretariat / Chief Physician Secretary (f/m/d) 80 – 100%

• Professional and personnel management of the medical secretariat including the clinic reception
• Assistant function to the chief physician
• Deployment and holiday planning
• Appointment and agenda management
• Preparation of meetings, minutes and presentations
• Coordination with other clinics, doctors and external agencies
• Coordination of admissions, discharges and referrals
• Writing, correcting and approving medical reports and expert opinions
• Optimisation of administrative processes

• Commercial basic training with further education in the medical field
• Ideally some leadership experience or motivation to develop it
• Experience in project management
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form and very good IT user knowledge (MS Office)
• Structured, precise and reliable working style
• Service-oriented, committed and team-capable personality with initiative
