To strengthen the team at the Emmenbrücke-Lucerne location, we are looking for a committed individual as a HR Business Partner (a).

Your area of responsibility:

• Advising and supporting employees and managers on all HR matters
• Accompanying the entire employee lifecycle from entry to exit
• Sparring with managers on people, leadership, and organisational topics
• Clarifying personnel requirements and job profiles
• Supporting recruitment and conducting interviews together with managers
• Assisting with conflicts, absences, changes, and challenging personnel situations
• Accompanying the onboarding, development, and offboarding processes
• Ensuring HR presence and HR processes at the Emmenbrücke-Lucerne location
• Close collaboration and coordination with HR services and HR development
• Capturing business and industry needs and their development
• Supporting all business areas of the IDS Group within the assigned region

You bring with you:

• Completed studies or comparable further education in Human Resources or Business Administration
• Several years of solid professional experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable HR function, with experience in leadership coaching an advantage
• Comprehensive knowledge of the entire HR lifecycle as well as a good understanding of labour law and personnel management issues
• Strong advisory skills and enjoyment in working with managers and employees at different levels
• Entrepreneurial thinking, high initiative, and the ability to implement HR topics in a solution-oriented and pragmatic manner
• Communicative, trustworthy, and empathetic personality with a confident demeanour
• Structured and independent working style as well as a high service orientation and networked thinking
• Enjoyment in actively accompanying change processes and shaping the further development of organisation, leadership, and employees
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with modern HR systems (Abacus) and digital HR processes
