Project Manager Interior Architecture (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 105,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced professional as Project Manager Architecture & Interior Architecture for the holistic planning and realisation of diverse construction and interior fit-out projects. You will accompany the projects from consultation and project planning through cost planning and approval procedures to execution and site management. In doing so, you take responsibility for the technical planning, coordinate companies and specialist partners, and ensure compliance with costs, deadlines and quality. The position combines architecture, interior fit-out and site management with direct responsibility for the successful implementation of the projects.
Responsibilities:
Consulting clients and developing project, spatial and fit-out concepts
Independent project planning and design of construction and interior fit-out projects
Preparation and monitoring of cost estimates, quotations and project budgets
Processing and coordination of building submissions and approval procedures
Preparation of execution, working and detailed plans
Planning and processing projects with CAD, ideally Vectorworks
Preparation of tenders, offer comparisons and awards
Development and coordination of contracts and contractor services
Assuming site management and coordination of executing companies and suppliers
Monitoring of costs, deadlines, quality and construction progress
Conducting acceptances, defect management and project handovers to the client
Accompanying projects from the initial consultation to successful project completion
Qualifications:
Completed studies as architect or interior architect at HF/FH level
2-5 years of professional experience in architecture, interior architecture or project management
Experience in project planning, cost planning, execution planning and site management
Good knowledge of Swiss construction processes, approval procedures and execution standards
Good CAD skills, ideally Vectorworks
Good user knowledge of common Microsoft 365 and project administration programmes
Driving licence category B and willingness to travel for projects
