• Support, maintenance and continuous development of complex network infrastructures
• Setup, configuration and operation of modern firewall systems as part of your role as Network & Security Engineer
• Planning, design and implementation of WLAN and LAN networks
• Analysis and resolution of network issues (troubleshooting)
• Independent incident and change management in the network environment
• Technical leadership and coordination of virtual project teams in network projects
• Development and implementation of automation solutions to optimise operational processes
• Technical support for our sales teams in the pre-sales process

• Degree (FH/ETH/TS) in computer science, telecommunications or equivalent experience
• Experience with an IT service provider is an advantage
• Solid expertise in perimeter security, routing & switching, VPN, TCP/IP, WLAN
• Training or certifications from Cisco & Fortinet. Optionally others such as HPE or Alcatel Lucent
• Development experience is an advantage
• Your German is fluent, and you write and speak English

• You work independently and are self-motivated
• You are a team player
• You have analytical skills and a quick grasp
• Quality is particularly important to you
