Job Description
- Project coordination and project management support for regional initiatives
- Preparation of management presentations, reports, dashboards and business reviews
- Coordination of management meetings, agendas, minutes and follow-up activities
- Administrative support for the Europe management team
- Organisation of internal leadership meetings and customer visits
- Support of cross-departmental communication and collaboration between European locations
- Monitoring of tasks, deadlines and project milestones
- Support in activities related to organisational development and change management
Qualifications
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification; further training in assistance, business administration or project management is an advantage
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills and confident handling of stakeholders
- High level of discretion and professionalism in dealing with confidential information
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint)
- Analytical thinking as well as a good understanding of structured information and contexts
- Independent working style in a dynamic, international environment
- Very good German and English skills; additional European languages are an advantage
