You are familiar with construction but do not want to spend every day on a classic new build site? You enjoy taking responsibility, finding solutions, and working with a wide range of people? Then this position could be just right for you.

For our team, we are looking for a committed individual as part of a succession solution who will take care of all construction-related matters of our properties in the exciting field of real estate management.

Your tasks

Your role is a versatile mix of client representation, project management, and construction supervision. You accompany construction matters from the initial assessment through planning and coordination to successful implementation. For us, it is not about new builds but the full variety of existing properties.

• Analysis and rectification of construction defects
• Planning and coordination of apartment renovations
• Supervision of major renovations of multi-family houses
• Sustainability renovations (e.g. photovoltaic systems, heating replacement, measures from GEAK)
• Obtaining, checking, and comparing quotes
• Cost, schedule, and quality control
• Coordination of tradespeople and specialist planners
• Collaboration with architects and other specialists
• Assessment and management of water and natural hazard damage
• Preparation of condition analyses and long-term renovation planning
• Advising real estate management and ownership on construction-related issues
  
  

You are an important hub and maintain contact with tenants, owners, authorities, architects, tradespeople, and our management teams.

Your profile

• A solid and comprehensive understanding of construction and an interest in modern technologies
• Experience in construction supervision, project management, client representation, or a comparable role
• The ability to pragmatically assess construction challenges and independently drive solutions forward
• Organisational talent as well as a good sense of costs, deadlines, and quality
• Enjoyment in dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders
• You are resilient, straightforward, and have a touch of humour
• An independent, responsible, and solution-oriented working style characterises you
• Experience in the real estate sector is an advantage but not a must

Today you coordinate the renovation of an apartment, tomorrow you assess water damage, and the day after you discuss the comprehensive renovation of a multi-family house with owners and architects. You are not "just" on the construction site but work right in the active environment of real estate management. You can apply your construction knowledge precisely where it is really needed in the daily life of our properties.

Flexible, also regarding workload
With regard to a succession solution, we are deliberately open about the employment level. A workload between 40% and 100% is possible. From 2030, we aim for a minimum workload of 80%. For us, the decisive factor is therefore not primarily your desired workload but above all that you fit with us professionally and personally and enjoy taking responsibility for our properties.
